The Elkhorn Resort offers fully appointed deluxe studio, one and two beautifully designed bedroom suites with full kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes/ cookware, separate living area, gas fireplace, iron/ironing board and alarm clock. Availability If you request an availability calendar, we'll provide one for you. The up to date calendar is on the Vacation Internationale secure site so we're unable to post or link to it. About 70% of our business comes from cancellations and from "fills" from waitlists we request for our guests. So even if we don't have availability right now, we very well may be able to accommodate you. Rates

Our rates include all fees and taxes. Rates depend on whether your visit is during low or high season and how many days in advance of arrival that you book. See links to the left for a rate calculator. A one time reservation/cleaning fee of $40-$50 is applied to all reservations. Discounts are available to military, veterans, some seniors, and those who are disabled. We want everyone to be able to afford a vacation. Low Price Guarantee: (for Bookings made 40 or less days in advance of arrival only) If you are able to find a comparable unit for less, right up to your day of arrival, we will beat that price by 5%. For all other rates, we will strive to beat any other price you find for a comparable unit. The below rates do not include higher weekend rates. For a rate quote, either use the rate calculator or contact us. The under 40 day rates are only slightly higher on weekends.

Please be aware that Vacation Internationale owns and manages some of the units within this complex. I have never had a complaint about the quality or condition of the VI units. If you read any negative unit specific reviews for a resort, note if it was for a VI timeshare unit.

For reservations, you must respond to the ad as only owners can book units.

It is best to book early and choose your dates. Please contact us for current availability. If you want to split your stay at a couple of islands or other condominiums on Maui, view Vacation Internationale for other condos available. If you'd like to be an owner you can. For as little as $1100 one time cost and under $200 a year, you can stay in a studio in Hawaii or many other locations, every other year for a week at mid season. 2/10 Very nice place. We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious the place was. Everything we needed was there. The check in process was a bit confusing because it is at a hotel several miles away. We came in at night so they gave us a code to a lock box. Dropping off the keys was done at the hotel as well. Skier

12/10 Great location, accommodations, and convenience for a great price Vacation Rental is definitely the way to go if you are heading to Sun Valley. Registration process is simple - with one call you have your reservation. Easy check in process (less than 3 minutes) and I was out the door with keys in hand. Condo was perfect for 2 people - neat clean, comfortable. Location was 3-4 minutes to downtown Ketchum and ski resorts. This place is perfect for people who are going to play in Sun Valley all day and come back to chill. Full kitchen is great...bring basic food and you can cut down your meal expense... The price is far better than any hotel / lodge and the process is easy. Clean, painless, and affordable... GP
12/10 Relaxing It was a nice room and clean just a problem with bathroom heater not working. In the winter the bedroom was cold, alot of cold from the window. Good price and easy to deal with. Good location. PD
1/17/11 I just wanted to tell you the payments and reservation went good. The room was nice. We just had a problem with the bathroom heater, it wouldn't go on and the man who helps was going to be out of town and couldn't get someone to fix it until the day we were leaving. It was ok though we just left the door open. Just wanted to let you know about the heater. We loved the place though. We will use you again. Good experience. Pam
7/11 Perfect ! Came for the Sun Valley Wine Festival. Perfect location - just up the road from the event. Wonderful unit - very tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bedroom "compact", so for one couple, just fine. While no Wi-Fi in the unit - Ketchum (the town) has free wi-fi - (so pick your own spot to check in with the world, if you need to ":-) One plus - parking is in covered garage, keeping car comfortable! Delightful community, with plenty to do... Bring your walking (running) shoes and put some tread on their many hiking trails. For those that ski - I can see this a a great location to base yourself. We really enjoyed staying here and will return again next year. Rick Rose was excellent in handling the booking - a wealth of information (!) Jay

Amenities Card: All Guests and Owners traveling to Elkhorn Resort between April and October need an individual personalized amenities card to be able to use the seasonal outdoor amenities. Furthermore, an ID card will be required to use the tennis courts and the golf course.

To facilitate your check-in, we are asking you to contact VI Owner's services at 1-800-444-6633 with the names of all the members of your party.

Laundry: There is a coin operated laundry in the complex. Condominiums are not equipped with washer/dryers.

Studio Exception Views - Elkorn Village: Studio exception units (EHL) have an obstructed view from the balcony with the next door condominium building located within 6 feet of the balcony.

One Bedroom Configuration - Elkhorn Village: Occupancy in the one bedroom units is recommended for two (2) persons, as the bedroom is located in a loft, separated from the rest of the unit by a curtain.

Internet access is available at the check-in office, 2 miles from the condominiums.

Lost and Found Policy: Vacation Internationale is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. Each resort keeps detailed records of all 'found' items, and will ship them back at the owner's expense, based upon local mail/shipping restrictions. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within 90 days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.

Parking is available for one vehicle per unit during your stay. Larger vehicles, including ¾ ton trucks or vans, campers, trailers or boats are not permitted on property.

2010/2011 Renovations. In-house replacing bathroom fixtures, new bath surronds and upholstering headboards.

2011/2012 Renovations. Replace all entry, closet, door and window casing, base and crown molding, valances and mantles. All kitchen, entry and bathroom tile was replaced. New cabinet and door hardware was added. All rooms were installed with flat screen TV’s and closet shelves were built and installed in-house, creating a fresh updated unit we know our members will enjoy. For the upcoming year, in-house projects include new bath surrounds, upholstering headboards and replacing bath hardware.
